To Lease, or Not to Lease?

For the first time, interested parties can now access Victorian retail leasing data.

Online provider of retail leasing information, Lease Information Services (www.leaseinfo.com.au) recently signed a data sharing agreement with leasing services company LeaseWise.

The information will help Australian and international retailers obtain independent, credible leasing information to aid in rental negotiations and evaluation of new sites in the Garden State. “This information ensures tenants are adequately prepared before attending any rental negotiation and prior to entering a lease,” says Ange Kondos, senior partner of LeaseWise.

Retailers coming to Victoria will now be able measure to retail sites and factor their business plans accordingly, Kondos says, a measure already available in NSW and QLD.
