MC Property is calling on all young entrepreneurs and start-up businesses to apply for their new 2008 Kick-Start program, to help foster business development and enterprise in the Maroochydore region.

The program will provide financial assistance to small and emerging businesses in setting up their business premises at the company’s centrally located Sugar Road Development in Maroochydore. The program is open to existing small and home based start-up businesses as well as young, enthusiastic entrepreneurs with fresh new ideas. Potential candidates will be interviewed and required to present their ideas, from which successful applicants will be selected.

MC Property Director, Marios Constantinides, knows first hand how difficult and financially taxing setting up a new business can be and says that the Kick-Start Program aims to provide enterprising individuals and new businesses with the support and financial assistance necessary to help get their big ideas off the ground. “Small business plays a pivotal role in our regional economy and in launching this initiative I hope to give something back to the community, by assisting new businesses with their initial set up costs or expenses, depending on their individual needs.”

The development is due for completion by August 2008. For more information, please contact Ara Phillips from MC Property on 0432 558 148.
