Want a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), but don’t think you can afford one? Think again. Accounting firm Azure Group is offering an outsourced CFO service to businesses that can’t afford a full-time CFO.
Michael Derin, CEO of Azure Group, started the business with the intention of offering strategic and commercial advice to SMEs. “SMEs rarely get that level of assistance because they can’t afford or attract an experienced full-time CFO,” he explains. “We started by offering accounting services with a pro-active approach. Over time we worked with our existing clients to offer CFO-level advice, and have grown from there,” Derin adds. “Since then, we have employed a number of CFOs on a full-time and contractual basis who work with a large range of our clients.”
