In response to Saatch & Saatchi research on women’s buying behaviour, Connected Media Group have launched a website to help retailers of consumer electronics reach female consumers.

Research revealed that 50 percent of women walked out of consumer electronics stores or left websites without purchasing because they could not find what they wanted. Additionally, almost a third of women did not find technology advertising relevant to them.

The informative website is designed to assist Australian women to make the best purchasing decision for electrical appliances, home entertainment products and electronic gadgets.

“ConnectedWomen is an important initiative based on extensive research with Australian women and is a response to their need for a more personal relationship with consumer electronic products and electrical appliances,” said Connected Media CEO Claire Moffat.
