Young entrepreneurs and start-ups are being called by MC Property to enter its 2008 Kick Start program. The program will provide financial assistance to companies centrally located at MC Property’s Sugar Road development in Maroochydore.

“Small business plays a pivotal role in our regional economy and in launching this initiative I hope to give something back to the community, by assisting new businesses with their initial set up costs or expenses, depending on their individual needs,” says Marios Constantinides, MC Property director.

“We are looking for people to apply who have passion, enthusiasm, dedication and a good business idea,” says Constantinides. “The Sugar Road Development will provide the ideal location for new businesses, transforming this complex into a vibrant hub which will foster creativity, innovation and community.”

Applications close on April 30. For more information, contact Ara Phillips from MC Property on 0432 558 148.
