Telarus takes video conferencing to new heights

By Jessica Stanic on Wednesday, 4 March 2009

In response to the Government’s $13.8 billion Telepresense video conferencing plan, Telarus, the national infrastructure-based service provider has today announced the availability of high definition video conferencing and Telepresence products via its partnership with LifeSize.

The new technology will allow people to do more while travelling less, thus cutting costs and improving productivity, through true-to-life high definition video conferencing.

Jules Rumsey, managing director at Telarus has highlighted the need for such technology.

“In the current economic climate, business owners and executives are looking for ways to cut costs and gain more control.

Video conferencing reduces the need for air travel and enables more frequent face-to-face meetings with key staff as business owners and executives look to enhance productivity.”
