Assistance for Victorian exporters 11-07 14 Feb 2008

A helping hand is on the way for Victorian exporters. The Brumby Government has announced a grant to be used for increasing exports.

“This program will be targeted to help 10 small to medium-sized manufacturing and service-based businesses to expand, particularly through exports,” says Victorian Small Business Minister, Joe Helper. “It is increasing export capacity in the western suburbs and has strong support from the western region councils and a committed business community.”

Six western metropolitan councils will receive a $15,000 Grow Your Business Grant to run the export program.
