Leonard and Desiree – we have a number of insightful articles and helpful tips on the website on issues relating to getting bank loans, raising capital etc. If you scroll through the Finance tab you will find a number of great articles which may help to point you in the right direction. Beyond that, I would suggest speaking to a financial advisor, bank manager, accountant etc for in-depth expert financial assistance.
Joshua – It is my understanding Mark Bouris now no longer works for Wizard. Unfortunately there is not a lot we can do to help. The only thing I can suggest is to try contacting a Wizard representative again to help you with your query. Good luck!

Can mark bouris pls tell me why my card has expired and no replacement card sent. Nice way to find out you cant use your card.embarrassing too. Also WIZARD have absolutely no email address for contact. This is just plain stupid. I called the 1300 number and every called is in INDIA with accents so strong i cannot understand them.
How shitty is that to hire outside this wonderful country, and with people who cant speak the language properly.
MARK BOURIS YOU HAVE MY EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT ME AND TELL ME WHERE MY BLOODY REPLACEMENT CARD IS aND TELL ME WHY YOU ARE MAKING IT SO SO SO HARD TO CONTACT ANYONE AT WIZRD(was on hold for 20 mins 3 seperate times, cmon now). The only way i can get contact is either by snail mail or struggle with the language difference.
